Track your order

Enter the order number from your confirmation email with the billing email address you used, and the form below shows where your parcel has reached. Velaris Terrace also sends the courier’s tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order is collected.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What the stages mean

  • Processing — confirmed and on the bench. Handling is 2 business days: display lit, fan spun, tank seated, float switch checked, accessories counted in.
  • Dispatched — collected and scanned by the courier. Tracking is live from here.
  • In transit — moving between hubs. Expect 3–9 business days; metro PIN codes land at the faster end.
  • Out for delivery — with the rider today. Keep the phone reachable and the amount ready if you chose Cash on Delivery.

If tracking stops moving

A quiet day usually means a hub transfer. If nothing changes for more than 48 hours, or a failed attempt appears that nobody made, email [email protected] with your order number and we will chase Blue Dart / XpressBees ourselves.

The windows we work to

Order to doorstep is normally 4–11 business days. Hill and island PIN codes can add a day or two. Everything ships from Jaipur, Rajasthan, Monday to Saturday.

The day it arrives

Film the unboxing, fill the tank and run the unit for ten minutes. A leak, a dark display or a fan that will not spin is settled on that clip within 48 hours of delivery, at our cost — and it is far easier to prove on day one than on day ten.
