Send us a message

Fill this in and we reply to the same address, usually within one working day. If it concerns an order, put the order number in the message so we have it open before we answer.

What to include, so one reply is enough

    • Before you buy: the room size in square feet, whether it is a closed room or open-plan, and what the air is doing — static and dry, or damp and musty. That is enough to size a unit.
    • About an order: the order number, and the PIN code if it is a delivery question.
    • Dead or leaking on arrival: the unboxing video plus a clip of the unit running, within 48 hours of delivery. On that evidence we replace or refund at our cost.
    • Before reporting a fault: check the filter or wick and whether the tank is seated properly. A clogged filter is the most common cause of a unit that seems to have stopped.

    What we cannot help with

We do not give medical or health advice, and we make no claim that any unit treats or relieves a condition — if that is why you are buying, please speak to a doctor first. We also do not install, service or repair appliances, and we do not offer EMI or any finance plan.

    Response times

Messages arriving in working hours are usually answered the same day and always within one working day. Anything sent on a Sunday or public holiday is picked up the next working morning. Orders are packed in 2 business days and shipped from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
