Velaris Terrace is a sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, operating online as Velaris Terrace (velaristerrace.shop). We sell cool-mist humidifiers, compact and room dehumidifiers, and 2-in-1 units — listed by tank capacity, stated room coverage and noise, and nothing else.

The sentence we refuse to write
Search for a humidifier in India and you will be told it relieves asthma, clears sinuses, stops snoring and improves your skin. We will not write any of that. These machines add water to the air or take it out; whether that makes a room more comfortable is something you can judge, and whether it helps a medical condition is a question for a doctor.
What is left after you delete the health copy is a short list of numbers — tank litres, stated coverage, noise, power draw — and one honest caveat: a coverage figure is measured in a closed room at a set temperature, so an open-plan floor or a monsoon week will behave differently. Every listing here carries the numbers and the caveat, and every unit is powered up on our bench before it is boxed.

Our commitment
Dead on arrival is ours to fix. A room that behaves differently from a lab is not a fault.
Run the unit on the day it lands, film it, and anything dead, leaking or damaged is replaced at our cost on a clip sent within 48 hours. Units unused, or used only for that arrival test, can be returned within 7 days of delivery, with approved refunds processed within 10 business days. We offer no warranty of our own and do not imply one — and we will tell you before you buy if your room is bigger than the unit can hold.
Online-only, shipped from Jaipur
Velaris Terrace is an online-only business with no showroom, no counter and no service centre — we do not install or repair appliances. Orders are placed on this website, packed at our unit in Jaipur, Rajasthan and shipped across India through Blue Dart / XpressBees, reaching most metro addresses in 3–6 business days.

Give us the room size, whether it is closed or open-plan, and what the air is doing — dry and static, or damp and musty. We will name the unit that suits, or say that none of ours is big enough.
